Maddi is an ambitious and highly motivated Physiotherapy Assistant with extensive experience across both clinical and sports settings. She graduated with a First-Class Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Sports Therapy from the University of Central Lancashire, following a BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sports from Blackburn Rovers Community Trust. Maddi is now returning to university, part time, to further her education by completing a Level 6 Apprenticeship in Physiotherapy.
At our clinic, Maddi works closely with patients to provide tailored rehabilitation programs, soft tissue therapy, and injury management, drawing on her experience in both sports and clinical environments. She assists physiotherapists in developing personal treatment plans and supports patients through all stages of recovery, ensuring safe and effective outcomes.
Maddi has continued to develop her expertise, earning a Level 4 VTCT qualification in Sports Massage. She provides massage treatments to clients who need help relieving muscle tightness and stiffness, managing pain, and improving joint mobility.
Her career journey has already provided her with a diverse skill set, from pitch-side first aid and injury assessment to rehabilitation and soft tissue therapy. Maddi has worked closely with players from a number of football and rugby clubs and previously worked for Altius Health Care as a massage therapist delivering tailored soft tissue therapy to a broad patient demographic.
